Trainee Time Submission Form

Congratulations for deciding to train with Bulldog Radio to become a full member. This form will allow you send a log of information of your hours to the Trainee Manager, who will assist in keeping track of your hours and will recommend you to the Vice President and President for membership to the organization.

You will need to train in-studio for six (6) hours total, and if you elected to also be a part of the Mobile DJ Services unit, you will need to train one (1) additional hour with the Mobile DJ Services manager.

Fill out this form with either all of your hours at once (preferred), or incrementally. FALSIFIED INFORMATION IS SUBJECT TO PERMANENT TERMINATION FROM JOINING THIS ORGANIZATION AND, IF SERIOUS ENOUGH, MAY BE CAUSE FOR JUDICIAL ACTION.
