Student ID Number Form

Bulldog Radio needs your Student ID Number in order to activate your Bulldog ID card for our studio. Since the Telecommunications card reading systems use these numbers in order to operate, we need to have this number. While we cannot force you to give us this number, we recommend you do so for our records. It will assist us in getting you access to our studio faster.

If you do not wish to give us your number, you may give it to the Station Manager at a meeting, or you may elect not to.
